Mild chocolate, coffee and plum flavours on the nose with a dusty tobacco edge. Well integrated wood with hints of rosemary on the palate. Aged for 9 months in second fill oak barrels. |

Chapter 1 Cabernet Sauvignon

A dark ruby wine with ripe red fruit and berries on the nose revealing a fruity cabernet aroma. Well integrated wood flavours. A balanced wine on the palate with a lingering finish. |

A well balanced wine with good integration between wood and fruit flavours. Plum and berry on the nose and palate with a gentle tannin grip. Overall a very pleasing and easy drinking wine. |

Interesting, spicy nose with slight smokiness and a hint of white pepper. Flavours are enhanced by 8 months in first fill French oak barrels. |
